Device take-back for shipments to China.
The Cydiance device recycling program currently applies to loggers shipped to China only.
Cydiance will proactively contact receiving sites and coordinate collection under this program.
For specific recycling requirements — including routes or destinations outside the standard program — contact support@cydiance.com. We will work with you to address your request.
Contact us before shipping any returns. You will receive routing instructions and battery handling guidance.
